A classic Swedish is a gentle to strong full body massage using long gliding techniques to release tension improve circulation and promote overall relaxation

Trigger point

This involves applying deep controlled pressure to trigger points throughout the full body. This technique breaks the cycle of pain that has built up and kept a muscle area contracted. Trigger point relaxes the muscle fibers and increases circulation to the area.
